Wild, bright, bohemian, romantic. The vibe that we were going for in this shoot. Flower head-dresses are all the rage and for good reason too! This one features: rose, dahlia, snowberry, zinnia, tulip & baby sunflowers. This giant bouquet features late summer favourites: dahlias, David Austin roses, zinnias, dusty miller, salvia, tuberose, hollyhock all tied up … Continue reading Bridal Shoot: Boho Romance
It’s finally beginning to fee like autumn in our neck of the woods! The leaves are turning, and jumpers are needed in the evening. We’re busy planning our next season and so its bliss to step away from the computer and catalogues and get outside to pick the last of the zinnias and basil, the … Continue reading Summer Subscriptions 3
In the golden hour we snuck in through an open gate of the turf farm that’s just around the corner from Little Triffids HQ to use their gorgeous (and heavily irrigated) grass as a backdrop for this classic green & white bouquet. Perhaps it was the shimmer of that stunning silver frock, or the lack of any possible way to be stealthy … Continue reading Bridal Shoot: Classic Green & White
The summer subscriptions are truly underway. Here are just some that have gone out over the last month… Blooming in the patch we have Zinnias, Dahlias, roses, marigolds, celosia, amaranth and I’m using lots of basil and tomato in there too! These bouquets smell amazing!

My babies made it through (thanks to some diligent house/garden/dog/chook-sitters) and the Summer season is away on time. … Continue reading Summer Subscription!
I made this crown for a hen to wear at her party. Flowers have to last several hours out of water so careful selection and testing was required to see what would make the cut. Annnnd I had to keep trying it on to make sure it looked right of course – There’s nothing like … Continue reading A Flower Crown
I created four of these arrangements for an anniversary dinner recently. The client requested green and something a bit different. Why! That’s my speciality! * Rose, agapanthus, daisy, buddleia, plum branches, hydrangea, fern, spinach seed, carrot flowers, lambs ears, lemon balm, magnolia leaves.
A special ‘Get Well’ bouquet… a cottage garden feel was requested and I said: You’ve come to the right place! * hydrangea, buddleia, cosmos, lambs ears, daccus, roses, daisy, sea holly, agapanthus, hollyhock, agastache, madonna lily.
