The Flower & Gift Shop
Located on Wagga Wagga’s picturesque Fitzmaurice street, (we call it the Parisian end of town!), we've curated a collection of beautiful giftwares for you to peruse and enjoy. We take pains to find unique items that are ethically made and we love to help you find the perfect gift for every occasion. We're so excited to now be offering many of our wares online, and there are yet more gorgeous (and less freight friendly) items to be seen in store.
Our creatives
-
Sophie - Owner
Little Triffids is Sophie's business baby. What started as a side hustle over ten years ago has blossomed into something more than she ever imagined! Although like most small biz owners Sophie wears all the hats all the time, she is happiest when tending the flower farm, or leading the floral design for grand occasions through to little gestures.
-
Kate
Calm, collected and creative, Kate is our right hand woman in the shop.
Whether taking, making or delivering your flower order she always goes above and beyond to make it a great experience. She’s also a real green thumb, very useful for the flower farm side of things and she can be relied upon to ensure we’re all fully caffeinated!
-
Holly
With a natural flair for design and supreme organisation skills Holly has quickly become an integral part of the Little triffids team.
Whether she’s on the road delivering blooms, at the flower bar making or out installing weddings with Sophie she brings her chill vibes and can-do attitude wherever she goes.
The Flower Farm
Located on the rich clay river flats of North Wagga, the Little Triffids flower farm is truly micro, standing at less than a quarter acre. Though tiny in proportions, it makes use of every inch of space all year round. The farm is located at Sophie’s home, forming a delightful part of her backyard – which started as nothing but lawn eight years ago.
Because the farm is also Sophie’s home, it’s only open to visitors when we hold our seasonal workshops.
