Tonic Syrup - Tasmanian Pepperberry & Lemon Myrtle

Before you add the soda water, just smell this tonic – it’s the smell of the Australian bush. Tasmanians always say it reminds them of home and with good reason. The pepperberry gives this tonic an earthiness, while the lemon myrtle reminds you of eucalypt and a refreshing bushland after the rains aura. Put just a dash in a glass of prosecco and it’s Christmas in a glass.

Standard serving size is 25ml, diluted with soda water to taste.
